We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Standards Nursing Coordinator. This position will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the overall operations of the Nursing Department in our facilities.

The successful candidate must have demonstrated long-term care experience, leadership ability, excellent communication skills, along with a valid West Virginia registered nursing license. Frequent travel will be required.

Job Description

The RN in this position will be responsible for the accurate and timely completion of the resident. Assessment Instrument (RAI), which includes the Minimum Data Set (MDS), in accordance with state requirements, federal programs and policies of the facility. Candidates must be a licensed -Registered Nurse in WV. Experience with MDS, PPS and EDS is desired, along with excellent clinical assessment and organizational skills. 

Job Description

Candidates will work closely with our residents, potential residents, external referral sources and medical providers. Long-term-care experience, MDS knowledge preferred, WV Social Work License required. Must possess excellent communications skills and a strong commitment to quality care are required.

As our Clinical Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for evaluating, implementing and directing clinical programs and assisting the Director of Nursing in the operation of the nursing department.  We are seeking candidates that will ensure the highest level of quality resident care, exhibit management ability and initiative, and have excellent communication skills. Valid WV RN License is required.
