Job Description
Business Office Assistant. In this position you will be responsible for assisting with processing, collecting and accounting for revenues and resident trust monies, preparing accounting reports and forms, coordination of payroll and employee records, accounts payable, orientation of new hires and maintaining confidential financial and employment files. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year related business office experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as computer experience required. Knowledge of medical terminology helpful.
