Harrison County AMFM centers hosting career fair with Workforce West Virginia – Clarksburg

Clarksburg, W.Va. – Two American Medical Facilities Management (AMFM) centers will host a career fair with the Workforce West Virginia Office in Clarksburg.

The nursing career fair will be Friday, October 20th from 10:00am-3:00pm at the Workforce WV Clarksburg office at 153 West Main St., Clarksburg.  

Clarksburg Nursing & Rehabilitation Center (N&RC) and Bridgeport Health Care Center are looking for registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and certified nursing assistants (CNAs). RNs are eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus and there are new, higher-wage packages for LPNs.

Information will also be available for upcoming free CNAs classes coming up for those interested in getting into the medical field. Also, those interested in applying for therapy, dietary and the environmental departments can also join the career fair.

Food and refreshments will be available and on-site interviews can be arranged.

Clarksburg N&RC received the 2013 Silver National Quality Award recipient from the American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL), and Bridgeport Health Care Center received the 2017 Bronze National Quality Award from AHCA/NCAL.     

Clarksburg N&RC and Bridgeport HCC are Four-Star rated from the Centers for Medicaid & Medicare Services Nursing Home Compare Program. The ratings are calculated from a facility’s state survey results, quality measures and staffing levels.
