Six AMFM centers receive Five-Star ratings from Centers for Medicaid/Medicare Services Nursing Home Compare program for October

Charleston, W.Va. – Six American Medical Facilities Management (AMFM) centers have received a Five-Star Rating from the Centers for Medicaid/Medicare Services Nursing Home Compare program for the month of October.

A Five-Star rating is the highest rating possible a skilled nursing facility (SNF) can receive. The ratings are calculated from a facility’s state survey results, quality measures and staffing levels. A star rating is provided for each of these sources, and then these ratings are combined to calculate an overall rating.

“Congratulations and thank you to all of our teams for providing top-notch quality care to our patients and communities,” said Tammy Jo Painter, Vice President of Compliance for AMFM. “Our teams continue to lead West Virginia in quality care.”

Clay Health Care Center, Fayette, E.A. Hawse, Webster, Wayne and Lincoln Nursing & Rehabilitation Centers (N&RC) all received the Five-Star rating.

Bridgeport, Hillcrest Health Care Center, Clarksburg, and Cameron Nursing & Rehabilitation Centers received Four-Star ratings, and Cabell Health Care Center received a Three-Star rating.
