Six AMFM centers receive Five-Star ratings from Centers for Medicaid/Medicare Services Nursing Home Compare program

Charleston, W.Va. – Six American Medical Facilities Management (AMFM) centers have received a Five-Star Rating from the Centers for Medicaid/Medicare Services Nursing Home Compare program for the first month of 2018.

A Five-Star rating is the highest rating possible a skilled nursing facility (SNF) can receive. The ratings are calculated from a facility’s state survey results, quality measures and staffing levels. A star rating is provided for each of these sources, and then these ratings are combined to calculate an overall rating.

Clarksburg, Fayette, E.A. Hawse, Webster, Wayne and Lincoln Nursing & Rehabilitation Centers (N&RC) all received the Five-Star rating.

Clay, Hillcrest Health Care Center, and Cameron Nursing & Rehabilitation Centers received Four-Star ratings, and Mercer N&RC, Bridgeport, and Cabell Health Care Center all received a Three-Star rating.
